HR Fractional Support Services
As small businesses grapple with labor shortages, recruiting needs, rising benefit costs and retaining employees, the ability to access HR support in a cost effective manner is becoming more and more essential. Most small businesses, however, can't afford a full-time, dedicated HR executive.
Led by Beth Terry, a seasoned HR executive with over 20 years of experience supporting business leaders, our HR fractional practice provides small businesses with access to HR resources, support, benefit planning, change management and talent acquisition and development. Through this offering, small businesses can have an HR executive on their team, without incurring the cost of a full-time HR employee.
Develop Your People
Building your team, improving their skills, developing their talents creates a vibrant culture where people want to work. Front line managers make the biggest difference. We are able to offer the leading management assessment tool, The Wiley CheckPoint 360°.™, providing organizations with the opportunity to develop front-line managers and leaders, using data and reliable feedback.
What Is It?
The CheckPoint 360° survey combines feedback from direct reports, peers, supervisors, and even others who work with your leaders to help leaders and managers improve their performance and deliver on strategic goals
Why Is It Valuable?
When managers and leaders operate effectively, teams and individual employees thrive. But when they don’t, organizations suffer.
Survey results highlight a manager’s performance across eight management competencies: communication, leadership, adaptability, task management, relationships, production, development of others, and personal development.
What Do We Do With It?
CBV utilizes the survey feedback to identify talents, talent gaps, and focus areas to build personalized development plans. It also helps determine alignment opportunities between the leader and the organizational strategy..
This feedback, survey and coaching provides a personalized approach for developing leadership skills and improving job performance.
